Killer B Fitness Program (Beginner Weight Loss)

Killer B is a beginner 8-week program for Diabetics that is designed to help the client increase muscle stabilization, muscle endurance (conditioning) and muscle hypertrophy while increasing energy expenditure for weight loss. This program has a low to moderate intensity level. There will be three days of resistance training with cardio and four days of rest in a seven-day period. This program is designed with the clients' physical needs in mind, keeping the intensity level low while helping the client expend energy for weight loss.
