Gear One is a beginner 8-week program that is designed to help the client maximize muscle endurance (conditioning), muscle hypertrophy, and weight management. This program has a moderate intensity level of 65%. There will be four days of resistance training and three days of rest in a seven-day period. This program is great for all beginners for strength, conditioning, and weight loss.
