Endeavor is an intermediate 8-week program that is designed to help the client maximize muscle endurance (conditioning) and muscle hypertrophy while increasing energy expenditure for weight loss. This program has a moderate to vigorous intensity level. There will be four days of resistance training and three days of rest in a seven day period. This program is tailored for clients who want to take their conditioning, body building, and weight loss to the next level.
